Scratched my wife’s car up badly and my car as well. I will never go to this car wash again. I live around the block too so it’s frustrating. I tried to discuss this with the workers at the car wash about the scratches and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about.

I’m really disappointed with the service. The dashboard and center console were not properly cleaned, even though I paid for the ultimate package and left an extra tip. Some areas were clearly missed, and I had to clean them again myself. My interior was already very clean before I came in, so I expected much better attention to detail.

On February 9 I brought my car in to be washed. When I left the wash I noticed water running down my windshield and all the windows. I pulled over and noticed that the roof of my car was covered with water - like they never dried it. I also noticed they missed several areas of dirt, in particular on both bumpers and the lower molding on both sides. I was also very disappointed to notice LOTS of scratch marks on my vehicle. I know they came from Jiffy as this is a new car and the first time I have run it through a wash. I wish I would have read the reviews before bringing my car to Jiffy. From their website I sent an email expressing my concern and requesting a refund of my charges. They never responded. Very bad wash and service. I will never bring my car there again or recommend it to anyone!

I always get the ultimate wash. Other than detailing is the most expensive wash. Includes tire treatment mats full wash and vacuum. I ALWAYS have to ask them to wipe off the rims and add the tire shine. Even though it is listed as included in the wash. Not only do they always skip wiping the rims down and adding the tire shine, I have to pretty much make sure to ask them to please dry my mats off or even just shake some of the water off before putting them back in my car. I go because the wash location is convent and not usually busy. However, I spend another 10-15 min after leave wiping down the rims and emptying the water off my mats. The staff is nice but I shouldn't receive attitude for asking them to please give me the service I pay for. Would be different if it was a one time fluke but this is EVERYTIME I come. I mean what's the point of having ypur car clean and washed if youre leaving on rims still visibly dirty to the eye. Wiping the rims down should be a given. Good if you want a quick slightly above gas station wash with a towel dry. But unless you get the detail service I can't really see much different between getting the cheapest wash and the ultimate. Re- Review: I wrote this review right after leaving Jiffy but then was unfortunately disappointed once I drove home. I paid extra for my mats to be cleaned and noticed they kindly put a paper down for keeping them clean. Some water seeped through but I didnt think much of it. I left my car and got into it the next day and my whole car smelled mildew and not good. I was disappointed and my mats were SOAKED. Soaking. Leaving mats in my car -my car was now needing febreeze and and an air freshner. Not a problem if the mats were wet- although they should have mentioned to lay them in the sun or something. The mats were SOAKING and took 2 days to dry laying out at my apartment. When I took my husbands car I did not clean the mats to prevent this. Thanks for taling care on this in future. --------‐ Excellent and wonderful pricing. Everyone is working hard- it was a very hot day. It was super fast.
